Florida Movement Therapy Centers (FLMTC) is seeking a Full-Time Floating Speech Therapist to support our Boynton Beach and Boca Raton outpatient clinics. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse neurological and movement-disorder population within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
About FLMTCFLMTC is a leading outpatient therapy provider specializing in movement disorders and neurological rehabilitation. Our team includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists working together to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Position OverviewThe Full-Time Floating Speech Therapist will rotate between both FLMTC locations, conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy. This position is ideal for clinicians who value teamwork, consistency, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Complete speech-language evaluations and create individualized plans of care
- Provide therapy for patients with neurological and movement-related conditions
- Collaborate with PT and OT teams on integrated treatment approaches
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Reliable commute or relocation required.
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License (Required)
- 1+ year of neurological experience (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
