The In-Process QA Specialist is responsible for providing quality oversight during sterile manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process QA monitoring for sterile injectable manufacturing
- Conduct line clearance activities
- Perform and oversee in-process sampling
- Prepare and review BMR/BPR documentation
- Review Annual Product Quality Reports (APQR)
- Review batch release documentation
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards
Qualifications
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in sterile injectable manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and sterile production processes
