A newly relocated primary care physician in Boca Raton is launching an exclusive, long‑term medicine clinic with integrated wellness and aesthetic components—firmly grounded in evidence‑based primary care. Following a cross‑country move from California and New York, the physician is preparing the final steps of opening their private practice and needs a reliable, polished Medical Assistant to support both front‑office operations and early patient care workflows.
This role begins part‑time while the clinic finishes buildout (painting, cabinetry, insurance approvals) and transitions into full‑time as patient volume grows. The provider is actively securing CIGNA and additional insurance contracts and plans to begin EMR training (eClinical
Works) in March.
The clinic model is highly personalized, relationship‑driven, and ideal for someone who thrives in a small, high‑touch care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle front‑office operations
: answering phones, greeting patients, booking appointments - Learn and manage front desk workflow and patient intake
- Support the physician with basic clinical tasks as the practice grows
- Assist with operational setup during early clinic launch
- Support EMR operations within eClinical Works once training begins
- Maintain a polished, professional presence to reflect the practice’s concierge model
- Assist with back‑office responsibilities as needed during launch and scaling phase
- Provide flexible support while clinic transitions from part‑time to full‑time operations
