The Consultant Associate is responsible for managing our traveler’s credentials, references, and files as well as facilitating resolutions to their issues. The role entails consistent responsibility in servicing, educating, and expanding our customer base within the organization. This position requires the ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, as well as the ability to educate customers about our company service.
Responsibilities- Pre-qualify candidates through: obtain references verbally or electronically; verify written references and performance evaluations. Once references are obtained, verify candidate meets CCTC standards for placement. When candidate’s references do not meet CCTC standards, identify and facilitate next steps including eligibility status change
- Maintain and update candidate’s files including work history, skills checklist(s) and assignment evaluations in preparation for submission or renewal.
- Manage the credentials for confirmed clients: prepare contract packages upon confirmation verifying the accuracy and inclusion of required information
- Provide licensure information, paperwork and guidance regarding timelines for completion; work with Boards of Nursing (BON) to facilitate the issuance of licensure in order to meet start date requirement; facilitate problem solving to ensure same.

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in an administrative support position, office environment and/or a service industry preferred
