ResponsibilitiesSets the overall vision and objectives for all areas of responsibility. Helps to drive the strategy for the ASC product line. Areas of responsibility include, but may not be limited to, the effective and efficient operation of a free-standing, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center, engagement of physician investors, resource allocation, and staff and leadership development. Member of BOS Strategic Planning group.

QualificationsDegrees:
- Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Health Administration - BSHA required.
- Masters degree in Business Administration - MBA or health related fields strongly preferred.
- Masters must be completed within 1 year of hire date in role.
- Three to five years experience in a leadership position at a hospital, health system, or other ambulatory setting.
- Strong planning, financial and communication skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment balancing multiple priorities and the needs of various stakeholders.
