With Love Home Care provides caregivers to seniors to help them remain safe and indepenedent in the comfort of their own homes.
We're looking for an organized Office Coordinator (aka our go-to person who keeps everything running smooth) to jump on board our home care team!
You’ll be the main office coordinator who can staff new cases, cover shifts, confirm with families, manage a caregiver roster, and hire new caregivers.
Responsibilities- Manage caregiver roster
- Staff new cases / jobs
- Cover cases and shifts that need covering
- Hiring new caregivers
- Field calls from caregivers
- Administrative / Home Care experience is a plus!!
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
