Location: Boca Raton, FL
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Billing Specialist to manage billing operations for a high-volume home care agency serving 100+ clients across private pay, LTC, insurance, and limited Medicaid.
- Oversee end-to-end billing and revenue cycle processes
- Submit and manage high-volume weekly claims
- Handle invoice generation and billing submissions
- Perform claims follow-up, denials, and collections
- Post payments, deposits, and complete reconciliations
- Monitor AR and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support month-end reporting and billing accuracy
- 3+ years of healthcare billing / RCM experience
- Strong experience in home care, home health, or LTC billing preferred
- Experience with private pay and insurance billing at scale
- Understanding of claims, AR, collections, and payment posting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume workloads
