Senior Care Solutions is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one, private duty care to clients in their homes. This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about helping others maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team
- Remind clients to take medications as directed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Document care provided per company guidelines

Qualifications- Active HHA or CNA certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred
- Experience with private duty, long-term care, or home care a plus
- Ability to pass background screening and drug test
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
