• Clinician-to-Clinician Support: Work with a veteran DON who understands the realities of field nursing and provides expert guidance on complex cases.
• Per-Visit Compensation: We pay set flat rates per completed visit, to respect your time and travel.
• Reliable Direct Deposit: Convenient electronic payments every two weeks, processed automatically based on your completed Kinnser visit logs—no invoice tracking required.
• Efficient Documentation: We utilize Kinnser (Well Sky) for streamlined charting.

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
• Care Plans: Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising RN.
• Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently.

  Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising RN.

• License: Active Florida Registered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Software: Kinnser/Well Sky experience is a major plus!
