Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living;
Assist with activities such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving; prepare meals per instructions; accompany patient to errands or medical appointments;
Perform light housekeeping activities;
Perform patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse (e.g., hospice supportive care, medication reminders, ROM exercises, blood glucose monitoring);
Assist with Foley care, gait belt, and Hoyer lift as needed
