As an Intake Representative at Kaba Fusion, you are responsible for processing referrals and getting patients on service. This includes commercial, private and government insurances for patients receiving chronic therapies; primarily IVIg (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) or SCIg (Subcutaneous Immunoglobulin). You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we are providing an exceptional level of patient care with each interaction.

• Initiates intake process, gathers relevant data from referral sources and completes intake paperwork.
• Verifies insurance and eligibility and obtains authorizations when necessary.
• Completes start of care paperwork.
• Contacts patients to confirm information and notify them of their financial obligation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• At least 2 years of previous intake experience including eligibility and authorization.
