Medical Assistant

Spine Search is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Orthopedic, spine, or pain management experience is preferred.

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories.
• Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during patient visits and procedures.
• Complete accurate, real-time EMR documentation.
• Coordinate patient care, including follow-up calls, scheduling assistance, forms, and clinical communication.
• Maintain complete and timely medical records while ensuring compliance with practice policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
• Support quality initiatives and other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

• Medical Assistant experience required; orthopedic, spine, or pain management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
