• 12pm to 4pm M-F, Sat-Sun

• Are you experienced with someone with advanced cognitive decline. Are you patient, kind and respectful in all the right ways for someone who needs real TLC.

• Provide companionship and emotional support for SNIF resident.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and transferring.
• Assist with two person transfer.
• Feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

• Experience with a client with advanced dimentia.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
