Shift: PRN - Weekend Shift
Pay Rate: $57 per hour
Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. The Physical Therapist will provide individualized care focused on improving residents’ mobility, strength, coordination, independence, and overall quality of life.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on their rehabilitation needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic techniques to improve gait, muscle strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.
Design, recommend, and fit adaptive devices while providing residents with appropriate training for their use.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive, individualized care plans.
Monitor and evaluate resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Participate in care conferences and contribute to a comprehensive approach to resident care.
Provide guidance and oversight to support personnel while maintaining professional standards of care.
Educate and train nursing and medical staff on therapy-related techniques and resident needs.
Ensure therapy equipment is properly maintained and promote a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida
.Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
