Degrees
- Bachelors.
- Bachelors degree in Health Administration.
- Must understand TJC standards and other regulatory bodies as they relate to medical staff services.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work and communicate with physicians and high level leadership, to respond to urgent situations, to work independently and with self motivation, to work well with others, to prioritize, organize, and to manage staff, budgets, and events.
- Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Provider Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) within two years of hire.
