Organization: Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa and Casino

Summary: The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours while ensuring the accuracy and completion of daily financial and operational processes. This role combines front desk responsibilities with accounting and auditing duties to support the hotel's overnight operations. The Night Auditor serves as the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and seamless guest experience.

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or coursework in Hospitality, Business, or Accounting is preferred.
Experience
  • Previous hotel front desk, guest service, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with hotel Property Management Systems is an asset.
  • Prior cash handling or auditing experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic accounting and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (11 kg) occasionally.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
