Salary Range: $16.50 To $17.00 Annually

Position Summary

The Golf Locker Room Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional member and guest experience by maintaining a welcoming, clean, and well-appointed locker room while providing personalized service that reflects The Boca Raton's luxury standards. This position supports daily locker room operations, member services, shoe care, locker assignments, and facility presentation while ensuring a professional, discreet, and hospitality-focused environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the locker room, lounge, and related guest areas.
• Manage locker assignments, issue locker keys, and assist with member and guest requests.
• Provide shoe care services, including cleaning, polishing, and spike replacement.
• Stock and replenish towels, toiletries, beverages, amenities, and locker room supplies.
• Escort members and guests through the locker room facilities and answer questions regarding golf operations, club amenities, and daily activities.
• Monitor locker room facilities throughout the day to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member concerns while maintaining confidentiality.
• Complete opening, closing, and daily operational procedures in accordance with department standards.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with tournament operations and member events.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure facility standards are maintained.
• Support the Golf Shop, Outside Services, or Golf Operations team during peak business periods.
• Maintain locker room inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Participate in departmental training and team meetings.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Golf Management.
• Deliver personalized service consistent with The Boca Raton's luxury hospitality standards.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Communicate courteously and effectively with members, guests, and team members.
• Demonstrate discretion, integrity, and respect for member privacy.
• Take ownership of responsibilities while working collaboratively with the Golf Operations team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while providing personalized member service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Previous golf, resort, country club, locker room, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.

Education/Experience Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
