2026 is set to be our busiest year yet. To support our rapid growth and demand from our Am Law 100 and boutique law firm clients, we are expanding our U.S. team. We are looking for a driven, resilient self-starter to join us as a Recruitment Resourcer.

This is a critical sourcing role focused entirely on candidate outreach and market research. You will be the engine room of our recruitment process, identifying the legal talent that drives our business forward.

Working closely with our Managing Director, you will:

• Utilize our specialized internal databases, Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to research and compile targeted lists of attorneys who match our clients' specific mandates.
• Execute high-volume outreach campaigns. You will draft and send personalized cold emails, Linked In InMails, and—crucially—make cold calls to initiate conversations with potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screening to identify attorneys who are ready for their next career move and are a strong cultural fit for our clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to data integrity and candidate tracking to ensure a seamless recruitment workflow.

Note:

This is a proactive, outbound role. If you are not comfortable with cold calling or aggressive outreach, this position is not the right fit.

• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or a role requiring high-volume cold calling is essential.
• You are a self-starter with a "winner's mindset." You are resilient, motivated by targets, and can work independently without constant supervision.
• A genuine interest in the legal industry and a desire to learn about the complexities of legal recruiting (Am Law rankings, practice areas, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable; you will be speaking with highly educated professionals daily.
• A strong base salary plus a lucrative, uncapped commission structure. You will earn commissions for hitting sourcing metrics plus a commission share when your sourced candidates are placed.
