HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Description
Provides tactical and operational management support to zone or region for Human Resource programs and initiatives. Implements policies and programs in compensation, benefits, training, associate relations and management development. Facilitates surfacing and resolving issues through early intervention. Assists in the handling of Litigation, EEO, 3rd Party Case Management. Coaches and assists line management on employee relations issues.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources or related field plus a minimum five years experience in related field.
