• Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities
• Source and engage physicians through calls, referrals, job boards, and online research
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and fit
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
• Support Recruiters with candidate sourcing, scheduling, and pipeline management
• Track activity, notes, and outreach in the database
• Learn physician staffing fundamentals including licensing, credentialing, and assignment flow
• Develop recruiting and sales skills with the goal of promotion into a full Recruiter role

• Strong phone presence and comfort speaking with new people daily
• High energy, resilience, and willingness to put in the work to succeed
• Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
• Team-oriented attitude with competitive drive

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting
• Recent college graduate seeking a career in sales or recruiting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Linked In or other professional/social platforms
