Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Boca Raton, FL, focused on staffing sales, business development, recruiting, and new account growth across the South Florida market. • Develop new business relationships with companies throughout the South Florida market.
• Manage a blended desk that includes staffing sales, client development, recruiting, and candidate placement.
• Recruit professional-level candidates across multiple skill sets and industries.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, prospects, candidates, and community contacts.
• Use recruiting platforms, technology tools, and AI-supported resources to identify talent and support business growth.
• Partner with leadership and internal team members to deliver high-quality staffing solutions and long-term client relationships.

• Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
• Commission opportunity.
• Direct hire opportunity.
