Human Resource Assistant

We're partnering with a well-established organization to hire a Tier 1 HR Advisor for a 12-month contract

Location:

Boca Raton, FL, Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Availability required between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET (8 hr days though)

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and Hire-to-Retire processes
• Handle a high volume of phone calls, chats, and other inquiries in a fast-paced HR Service Center
• Process HR transactions in Workday and other HR systems
• Research and resolve employee questions accurately and efficiently
• Support users with Workday
  , Kronos, and other HR technologies
• Document all interactions within the case management system
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 HR specialists when appropriate
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting service level goals and performance metrics

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Customer Service, or a Call Center environment
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• SHRM, IHRIM, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus
