Business Analyst Team Lead

Requirements Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in a technical or business role.
• Ability to collaborate with business partners across different functions to align technology solutions with business goals.
• In-depth knowledge of a business sector to address ongoing challenges effectively.
• Support for several moderately complex business processes.
• Experience working on various projects as a team member, with occasional leadership responsibilities.
• Capability to mentor junior team members.

• Collaborate with business counterparts to ensure technology aligns with business strategies.
• Utilize expertise to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues within the business area.
• Assist in managing several moderately complex business processes.
• Contribute to multiple projects, sometimes taking the lead on specific initiatives.
• Mentor and guide less experienced staff as needed.
