Core Responsibilities

• Develop and lead data analytics strategies to support business, marketing, and product decision-making.
• Own end-to-end data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks across multiple data sources.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms and teams.
• Partner with marketing, product, finance, and growth teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Enable data-driven experimentation through cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and attribution modeling.
• Provide real-time reporting and insights for performance reviews and strategic planning.
• Mentor and lead a team of analysts to build a strong analytics culture.

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance analytics roles.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with SQL, data visualization tools, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to design dashboards, reports, and automated data workflows.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
• Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience in fintech, trading, or digital‑first businesses preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing, product, and revenue analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with data warehouses, ETL processes, and cloud data tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of enabling business growth through data.
