WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Ingest, structure, and analyze a wide range of unstructured data sources;

- Design, maintain, and orchestrate data pipelines in an AWS environment for both production processing and training flows;

- Continuously evaluate, test, and improve the quality, privacy, and performance of our data systems;

- Contribute across the product — from front-end UX and product design to API/systems architecture and ML processing/training.

MUST HAVE

- 3+ years of experience ingesting, analyzing, and structuring a wide variety of data sources;

- Significant experience building and maintaining data pipelines in a production environment;

- Strong experience with databases/SQL, Python, and pandas (or equivalent);

- Prior experience working in fast-paced environments and tackling problems across the stack with quick iterations while maintaining a high quality bar;

- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning;

- Familiarity with LLM architectures;

- Experience in AI/LLM optimization using open frameworks;

- Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus;

- Extensive production experience with AWS, containers, and/or data orchestration tools;

- MLE experience (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.);

- Full-stack development experience (especially with JS/TS/Node);

- Proven experience in similar roles at startups or consultancies.
