Prior to launching Pro Force, the team played a key role in helping grow a Utah-based Residential Pest Control company from $20M to over $100M in revenue - driven entirely through organic growth in under two years. This same operational rigor, growth mindset, and focus on technology now drive Pro Force’s strategy.

• As our Five9 Platform Administrator, serve as the subject-matter expert and primary administrator for the Five9 cloud contact center platform.
• Configure and manage Five9 features, including IVRs, ACD, call routing, campaigns, permissions, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Integrate Five9 with CRM and workflow tools such as Soho, Hub Spot, and/or Field Routes.
• Develop automations and process enhancements to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the call center team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.

• 3+ years of experience managing a cloud-based contact center platform (Five9 required).
• Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, and contact center operations.
• Practical experience with API integrations.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Python, Big Query, Looker, and/or Sigma.
• Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment characteristic of a high-growth startup, where priorities may shift quickly. Must be a strong team player who is adaptable, collaborative, and willing to pitch in where needed to support broader operational success.
