Desktop Deployment / Application Support Specialist (Contract)

We’re looking for a hands-on, early-career IT professional to support a large-scale device and application deployment initiative. This is a desktop-focused, in-person role
—not help desk. You’ll be working directly with laptops and tablets, installing applications, deploying MDM, and ensuring devices are fully configured and ready for end users.

• Install and configure a new application on company laptops
• Deploy MDM to tablets and assist with device enrollment and setup
• Perform hands-on device provisioning, setup, and validation
• Follow documented deployment processes and checklists
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation or configuration issues
• Each device deployment typically takes 2–3 hours
  , so attention to detail and consistency matter
• Work onsite with the team to support a high-volume rollout

• 1–2 years of experience in a hands-on IT, desktop support, or deployment environment
• Experience installing applications on laptops or tablets (enterprise or small business environments both count)
• Exposure to MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, or similar) is a plus
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Comfortable working onsite, on your feet, and hands-on with hardware
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow process without cutting corners
• Available to start immediately
• This is not a help desk or call-center role
• This is a 5-day onsite position in Boca Raton
• This is a contract role starting at 4 months, with strong likelihood of extension
• You must be comfortable doing repetitive, high-quality deployment work and owning your output
