Role Overview

The AI Transformation Coach / AI Enablement Lead partners with client organizations to design, operationalize, and execute AI strategies that generate tangible business outcomes. The focus is on impact, adoption, and execution quality—helping clients move beyond pilots into scalable, enterprise-ready AI operating models.

This role acts as a trusted advisor to executives, product leaders, and engineering teams, translating AI ambition into prioritized use cases, clear roadmaps, and repeatable workflows. While strong technical understanding is required, this position does not perform hands-on implementation; instead, it ensures the right solutions are designed, governed, and successfully adopted.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client leadership to translate AI strategy into execution plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
• Facilitate AI discovery, prioritization, and adoption workshops across business and engineering teams
• Guide organizations from AI pilots to scalable, enterprise-grade implementations
• Coach leaders and teams on embedding AI into products, workflows, and delivery processes
• Provide architectural-level guidance to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-aware
• Define and track AI adoption KPIs to demonstrate business value
• Act as a trusted advisor, driving alignment, change management, and accountability

Required Technical Understanding (Advisory Level)

• LLM-based applications (copilots, agents, AI-assisted workflows)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and unstructured data use cases
• AI orchestration and agent frameworks (evaluation-level knowledge)
• Vector databases and semantic search architectures
• API-based AI integrations with enterprise systems
• AI evaluation concerns: quality, hallucinations, latency, and cost
• AI governance fundamentals: privacy, security, and responsible AI

Experience & Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise delivery roles
• Experience leading or supporting organizational or technology transformation initiatives
• Proven credibility with executive leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders
• Experience advising clients on AI adoption, operating models, or large-scale change
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Outcome-driven consulting mindset focused on long-term adoption
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
