Head of Information Technology

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of IT for an exciting, fast-growing startup in the Healthcare space.

This role will be onsite Monday - Friday in Boca.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can set direction, roll up their sleeves when needed, and partner closely with the business to enable growth—while keeping systems secure, reliable, and compliant.

• Defining and executing IT strategy aligned to business growth, operational needs, and regulatory requirements
• End-to-end ownership of IT infrastructure across cloud platforms, networks, devices, and connectivity
• Oversight of cybersecurity governance, including risk management, controls, monitoring, and incident response
• Full accountability for the IT application landscape, including ERP, CRM, finance systems, service platforms, asset tracking, and reporting tools
• Leading vendor selection, contracting, performance management, and cost optimization
• Driving user adoption, training, and change management across the organization
• Establishing and maintaining IT policies, standards, and documentation
• Managing data governance, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery planning
• Scaling IT capabilities to support fleet growth, leasing operations, and acquisitions
• Owning IT budgets, forecasting, and spend management

• A senior IT leader with experience owning both strategy and execution
• Strong background across infrastructure, applications, and security
• Comfortable operating in a growing, change-oriented environment
• Proven ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and lead through influence
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and enterprise platforms
