Overview
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
Responsibilities- Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
- Manage Entra / Azure AD users, groups, and devices
- Active Directory & Core Infrastructure
- Manage and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Diagnose connectivity and performance issues
- Monitor backups, disaster recovery systems, and business continuity tools
- End User Support
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and hardware
- Troubleshoot OS, application, and equipment issues
- Conduct device deployments and workstation setup

- 5–8 years of experience in IT support or systems administration roles
- Hands-on experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-connected environments (Azure AD/Entra )
- Demonstrated experience providing in-person end-user support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications
- Ability to collaborate across teams while operating independently onsite
- Experience supporting multiple environments
- Exposure to servers, networking fundamentals, and basic infrastructure tasks
- Comfortable working in confidential or sensitive user environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
