Job Title: IT Compliance Analyst

As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our company's technology environment by ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations such as PCI DSS, SOX, SOC 2, NIST, and ISO 27001. This pivotal role offers an exceptional chance to influence our security posture, drive compliance initiatives, and work across multiple departments to foster a culture of integrity and security.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT compliance, security, or audit roles
• Expertise in at least one of the following: PCI DSS, SOX, SOC 2, NIST standards (800-171, 800-53, CSF), FedRAMP, ISO 27001, ISO 42001
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CIA, or CRISC (highly desirable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High ethical standards and integrity handling sensitive information

• Experience leading external audits or facilitating audit processes confidently
• Familiarity with incident response planning and security event investigations
• Knowledge of information classification and control policies
• Public speaking and training experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in IT compliance, security, or audit functions
• Relevant industry certifications highly recommended
