The ERP Systems Manager oversees administration, optimization, and strategic support of Coastal’s TRUX enterprise platform. This role ensures our ERP system is fully leveraged to support hauling operations, landfill operations, accounting, reporting, and customer service functions across a rapidly growing, multi-market organization. This position serves as the bridge between Operations, Finance, and IT, driving data accuracy, system efficiency, integration, and user adoption to support scalable growth.
- Serve as the organization’s primary administrator and subject matter expert for the TRUX ERP platform.
- Oversee system configuration, user access, reporting, workflows, and performance optimization.
- Partner with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure financial accuracy, billing integrity, and process efficiency.
- Manage integrations between TRUX and other enterprise systems (CRM, payroll, fleet, etc.).
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation initiatives.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and operational metrics to support leadership decision-making.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with TRUX support and external vendors.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users across multiple markets.
- Support ERP alignment and integration during acquisitions and market expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive experience administering or supporting an enterprise ERP platform.
- Experience with TRUX strongly preferred; experience with Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise ERP platforms will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational modules within ERP systems (GL, AP/AR, billing, reporting, etc.).
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
