Your Next Career Opportunity - Enterprise Application Support Intern Support the office in general. Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties. What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 support for enterprise applications (SSRS, SQL, ERP, CLM, International Operations).
* Escalate complex issues to development, infrastructure, or vendor teams when needed.
* Assist end‑users with functional questions, access issues, and workflow problems.
* Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams (IT, Dev Ops, QA, business units).
* Participate in resolving user-reported issues by analyzing logs, reproducing problems, and proposing solutions.
* Knowledge of SQL for basic queries and troubleshooting.
