BASIC PURPOSE

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations (Hub Spot Automation) is responsible for evolving and maintaining Hub Spot as a clean, reliable, and revenue-driving system of record across both B2B and B2C marketing and sales. The Senior Manager owns Hub Spot governance, architecture, and roadmap execution, advising stakeholders on best practices, integration strategy, and emerging capabilities-including AI-to strengthen candidate and customer relationships, drive high-performing sales and marketing funnels, improve lead quality, and increase operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS Hub Spot Platform Ownership & Governance
  • Own the overall health, structure, and governance of Hub Spot across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs (and CMS as applicable).
  • Establish and enforce CRM standards, data models, lifecycle stages, lead and candidate statuses, documentation, and best practices.
  • Ensure Hub Spot configuration supports scalable B2B and B2C funnels, lifecycle tracking, attribution, and revenue objectives.
  • Function as the internal authority on Hub Spot capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
B2B & B2C Journey Design and Optimization
  • Design, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end B2B customer and B2C candidate journeys, from acquisition through nurture, engagement, conversion, and re-engagement.
  • Support B2B demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, including lead scoring, lifecycle progression, pipeline alignment, and sales handoffs.
  • Enable high-volume B2C candidate acquisition and nurturing through advanced segmentation, personalization, email, and SMS workflows.
  • Partner with Business Marketing Directors to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
Automation, Attribution & Reporting
  • Build and maintain advanced workflows, automation, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies.
  • Ensure accurate multi-touch attribution, funnel reporting, and ROI measurement across B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights into acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
Integration, Data Architecture & Scalability
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, IT, Hub Spot, and external development partners.
  • Lead integration strategy and execution between Hub Spot, ATS platforms, candidate databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Leverage Operations Hub tools and automation to ensure reliable data flow, deduplication, and scalable architecture.
Innovation, AI & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current on Hub Spot product updates, roadmap enhancements, and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement new Hub Spot features, AI tools, and automation to improve personalization, responsiveness, and insights.
  • Recommend AI-driven strategies for segmentation, journey optimization, and performance analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree, preferred.
  • 5+ years of deep, hands‑on Hub Spot experience with demonstrated platform ownership, required.
  • Strong expertise in CRM architecture, data governance, lifecycle management, automation, and integrations.
  • Proven experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing strategies within a single Hub Spot instance.
  • Ability to operate as a strategic advisor and hands‑on executor.
Preferred:
  • Experience integrating Hub Spot with ATS platforms and enterprise data systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare staffing, candidate engagement metrics, and compliance considerations.
  • Experience implementing advanced automation, attribution models, or AI-driven features within Hub Spot.
  • Hub Spot certifications strongly preferred.
