We are looking for a well‑rounded candidate with strong Dev Ops, IT operations, and cybersecurity experience
, who can actively contribute to both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day execution.
This role is critical in ensuring a secure, stable, and scalable technology environment
, supporting internal teams and customer‑facing platforms while preparing the organization for future compliance and audit requirements.
To provide clarity and alignment with organizational needs, responsibilities are grouped into three core areas:
1. IT Operations Management- Configure, manage, and monitor office network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls), server environments, and end‑user devices
- Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
, including user lifecycle management and migration projects - Lead transition from BYOD to company‑issued devices to enhance endpoint security and standardization
- Provide hands‑on internal IT support for employees and assist customers when required
- Manage office hardware (laptops, printers, conferencing systems, video walls, and operational equipment)
- Oversee vendor relationships, IT procurement, asset management, and software licensing
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and internal support resources
- Maintain and improve ISO 27001 compliance
, including policy updates, evidence tracking, and audit readiness (experience with Vanta is a plus) - Strengthen the company’s cybersecurity posture through implementation of best practices and tools
- Deploy and manage EDR solutions
, identity and access controls (MFA), and secure configurations across systems - Support SOC 2 / SOX / ITGC readiness
, including documentation, evidence collection, and audit collaboration - Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity plans
- Participate in risk assessments and continuously improve IT security governance
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver Dev Ops‑driven solutions for internal and customer‑facing systems
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to improve system observability and security
- Track cloud usage, performance, and cost trends, providing insights and recommendations
- Support automation, tooling, and infrastructure improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, system administration, or similar roles in hybrid environments
- Strong hands‑on experience in:
- Network configuration and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Proven experience with ISO standards (especially ISO 27001) and cybersecurity practices
- Solid understanding of:
- Cybersecurity principles, EDR tools, identity/access management
- Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies
- Experience supporting internal IT operations and end users
- Experience with Dev Ops practices, tools, and automation
- Familiarity with compliance platforms such as Vanta
- Exposure to SOC 2, SOX, or ITGC processes
- Experience in scaling infrastructure and tooling in growing organizations
- A hands‑on executor who can balance strategy with day‑to‑day IT support
- Strong blend of Dev Ops, IT operations, and cybersecurity expertise
- Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Effective communicator who can work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Passionate about building secure, efficient, and scalable systems
