Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll analyze business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture solutions align with business objectives.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Manage and deliver high‑quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
• Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives.
• Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily; travel may be required.

• Lead and deliver SAP projects or work streams, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow completion, documentation, and functional design.
• Consistently deliver quality client services: monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Demonstrate strong decision‑making skills in developing solutions for complex problems.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work.
• Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining results.
• Possess functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.

• A Bachelor's degree.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with SAP Project Systems; in‑depth knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project‑based team members; experience with a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across multiple industries and ability to understand, communicate, and deliver complex requirements specific to the client.
• Knowledge of Project System leading practices and prior advisory experience relevant to finance and technology functions.

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certifications (e.g., C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems).
• Experience with at least three full‑cycle implementations of your core module.
• Additional SAP Finance certificates or industry experience in an accounting department.
• Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making approach.
