About the RoleWe’re not looking for a traditional account manager.
We’re looking for a high-ownership Client Success Manager who can operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment, someone who is organized, technically capable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
You will own a portfolio of clients and be responsible for:
- Keeping communication tight and proactive
- Ensuring deliverables stay on track
- Aligning internal teams with client expectations
- Creating structure in an environment that is still scaling

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for 15–20 client accounts
- Lead client calls (weekly/bi-weekly), set agendas, and manage follow-ups
- Translate client requests into clear internal tasks (Notion/Slack)
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Communicate updates, wins, and priorities to clients consistently
- Collaborate with SEO, PPC, web, and content teams to align execution
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and client outcomes
- Maintain full visibility into all client work and account status
- Based in or near Boca Raton, FL
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI tools (Claude, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and shifting priorities without losing detail
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to problem-solve independently and think critically
- 2+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management
- Experience in a marketing agency or digital environment preferred
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, or web projects is a strong plus
- Experience with CRM or project management tools (Notion, Asana, etc.)
- Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in our work
- Projects are delivered on time and with clarity
- Your accounts are fully organized, and anyone can step in and understand the status
- You proactively solve problems instead of reacting to them
- You contribute to improving internal processes as we scale
