You will be part of the US Tech Consulting Finance and Accounting Technology team, an innovative and collaborative group of business and technology consultants who support client’s Finance Automation, Controls & Governance agenda by implementing technology systems such as Black Line, Oracle ARCS, Trintech, One Stream RCM, Tagetik, etc. At EY, you will help influential companies explore emergent applications and transform how Finance and Accounting teams manage their financial close and reconciliations processes.

The focus is to help clients enhance the operating effectiveness of Finance, Accounting, and Operations functions by shifting emphasis from manual processing and reporting to value‑add activities with decision support and analytics.
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Business Analyst Manager, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes, capture requirements, and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.
YourKey Responsibilities
As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis, you will deliver high‑quality processes, solutions, or projects. Responsibilities include continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices. You will oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives, maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily. Travel may be required.
- Understand and evaluate current state of finance management and internal controls, including financial close, end‑to‑end intercompany and controls monitoring.
- Redesign operational processes, identify challenges across EY’s seven operating model dimensions, and collaborate with other practice areas to provide unified solutions.
- Implement key components of unified intercompany process solutions, including technology and process redesign.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy finance technology solutions (e.g., Black Line, Oracle ARCS, Trintech, One Stream RCM, Tagetik).
- Align and re‑define business processes and identify additional improvement opportunities to enhance Finance and Accounting functions.
- Develop client relationships and manage expectations.
- Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
- Previous exposure supporting business process and technology aspects of Finance Transformation programs (e.g., general ledgers, sub‑ledgers, financial close, reconciliation management, intercompany processing).
- Excellent communication skills and an inclination to bond with clients to deliver outstanding service.
