Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Net Suite Lead to drive ERP strategy, implementation, and optimization for a fast-growing Beauty & Personal Care business. This role will lead Net Suite initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing (if applicable), inventory, and omni-channel commerce, ensuring seamless integration between digital and physical sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Net Suite implementations and enhancements tailored to Beauty & Personal Care operations
• Act as the primary Net Suite SME across inventory, order management, finance, and eCommerce
• Collaborate with business teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, eCommerce) to translate requirements into scalable Net Suite solutions
• Manage product lifecycle processes including SKUs, variants (shade/size), bundles, and seasonal launches
• Design and optimize workflows for:
• Demand planning and replenishment
• Batch/lot tracking and expiration management
• Returns and reverse logistics (critical for cosmetics)
• Oversee integrations with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), marketplaces (Amazon), and 3PL/WMS systems
• Ensure accurate financial reporting including revenue recognition, promotions, and discounts
• Lead customization efforts using Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder
• Drive data migration, cleansing, and governance standards
• Provide leadership to Net Suite team members and coordinate with external partners/vendors
• Support audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements (product safety, labeling, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of ERP experience with strong focus on Net Suite
• Proven experience as a Lead on Net Suite implementations
• Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Deep understanding of:
• Inventory management with variants (size, color, formulation)
• Lot/batch tracking and shelf-life management
• Suite Script (2.x preferred)
• Suite Flow and Suite Builder
• Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards
• Strong knowledge of financial processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Celigo, Boomi, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
