Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an EHR Support Analyst to join our client to support the reliable, efficient use of an electronic health records platform across physician practices. Compensation:
$55,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the EHR Support Analyst:
- Provide frontline and intermediate-level support for athena
One users, addressing access, workflow, and configuration challenges to maintain dependable system performance - Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues by managing support requests, documenting solutions, and meeting established response timelines
- Build, maintain, and update administrative tables and provider configurations to support clinical operations
- Partner with training, onboarding, revenue cycle, and operational teams to escalate and resolve complex system issues
- Identify recurring issues or trends and contribute insights to improve system processes and the overall user experience
- At least two years of hands-on experience working with the athena
One EHR platform in a clinical or practice setting - Ability to create and manage full administrative tables and provider configurations within the system
- Background supporting clinical workflows rather than billing-focused functions
- Experience in roles such as EHR support, clinical systems support, or physician office management using athenaOne
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
