About the team:
Our Government Project Management Office (PMO) is a strategic partner to the business, driving delivery excellence across complex, cross-functional customer engagements and enterprise initiatives. We collaborate closely with Market Planning, Product Management, Engineering, Testing, Legal, SIU, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with customer expectations, contractual commitments, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
The PMO operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that requires strong communication, operational discipline, accountability, and customer focus. Our team supports high-visibility implementations and strategic initiatives across government, regulated, and customer-facing environments, where successful delivery and client confidence are critical to long-term success.
About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex customer projects and cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery. This role serves as the central delivery leader across technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure projects remain aligned to scope, schedule, budget, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
This is a highly customer-facing role that requires professionalism, strong organizational leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The Project Manager must be comfortable operating within evolving environments, proactively identifying risks, driving accountability, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings strong delivery execution skills, stakeholder management capabilities, business awareness, and the ability to maintain structure and momentum across complex initiatives. This role is expected to operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability while partnering closely with leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage complex customer engagements and project initiatives across cross-functional teams.
+ Drive project planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and delivery execution throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Build and maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, governance documentation, and executive-ready status reporting artifacts.
+ Drive cross-functional execution and alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Testing, Operations, Legal, Sales, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
+ Lead customer communications, governance discussions, delivery reviews, and project status meetings.
+ Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, issue escalation, and consistent follow-through.
+ Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively while driving accountability and resolution across teams.
+ Lead scope management and change control efforts while ensuring alignment to contractual obligations and business objectives.
+ Communicate project health, delivery status, risks, financial impacts, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and customer stakeholders.
+ Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
+ Drive operational improvements and contribute to PMO delivery best practices and process optimization efforts.
+ Operate effectively in fast-moving environments where priorities, timelines, and requirements may evolve.
