• As a Security Technical Specialist specializing in CCure Access Control Systems, deliver technical expertise as part of the Professional Services team, implementation services, and training for Johnson Controls’ Software House and American Dynamics platforms.
• Emphasize system design, migrations, upgrades, implementation of product features, client and dealer training and support, ensuring solutions are delivered with high performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients, system integrators, and internal teams to deploy, configure, and optimize enterprise security platforms.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and custom solutions addressing unique customer requirements.
• Deliver technical sessions both remotely and on-site, demonstrating strong presentation and communication skills.
• Configure environments to support hands-on training, testing, and system migration activities.
• Partner with Sales and System Integrators to understand and address technical project requirements.
• Lead and support professional services efforts to minimize disruption and optimize performance.
• Assist system integrators by showcasing product features, capabilities, and integration options.

• Required:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in Information Technology.
• Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities with a sense of urgency.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities while working independently with attention to detail.
• Team player capable of collaborating at all levels within Johnson Controls and with client organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50-75% of the time within the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, SQL databases, and presentation software.
• Preferred:
  Experience in the Physical Security industry.
• Knowledge of CCURE 9000 and American Dynamics Victor platforms is preferred.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $76, (Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and market data alignment). This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. Exceptional candidates may warrant consideration beyond the stated range.
