• Location: New York City, New York | Dallas Fort‑Worth, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida
• Compensation: $125,000 - $195,000 USD
• Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.

• Use your deep-practice knowledge and decision‑making latitude to deliver highly successful campaigns.
• Effectively plan, deliver, and measure campaigns ensuring high‑impact returns for clients.
• Develop and implement strategies, as well as follow guidelines and processes.
• Actively lead and develop the Paid Social best‑practice roadmap so that our offering continually develops.
• Act as a senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring that work is delivered to standard and on time.
• Play a key leadership role of Brainlabbers in the practice, growing capability and knowledge to help deliver for our clients.

• Strong Paid Social delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience.
• Demonstrable success in optimising Paid Social campaigns through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
• Developing understanding of how channels work and optimise together.
• Natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
• Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about quality of work and continuous learning.
• Passion for growing the knowledge of those around you.
• Excellent presentation skills, strong data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical, and process‑oriented.
