  • Ensure high availability and reliability of client-facing systems
  • Support internal teams with device setup, technical troubleshooting, and IT needs
  • Manage office equipment inventory and onboarding logistics
  • Provide timely and professional email-based support to clients and employees
  • Lead and support migration of legacy platform clients into the CMS platform
  • Execute domain changes and ensure backend data integrity during migrations
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and metadata
  • Propose and document process improvements within Confluence
  • Contribute to standardizing Dev Ops and IT procedures
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups and sprint planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, client services, and leadership
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Desired Traits:

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong communicator (technical & non-technical)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Adaptable and quick learner

    Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Calm under pressure
  • Continuous improvement mindset
Required

Skills and Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Dev Ops, Systems Engineering, or IT Operations
  • Strong experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Power Shell, Bash, or Python)

  • Experience with Office
    365 administration and enterprise environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
