Job Title: Dev Ops Engineer
Location: Boca Raton, FL-Remote/Hybrid

As a Dev Ops Engineer at Predictive Sales AI, you will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our infrastructure and client-facing platforms. You will take ownership of deployment pipelines, system reliability, and automation initiatives while supporting both internal teams and enterprise clients.
This role requires a balance of technical execution, problem-solving, and process improvement, with increasing autonomy and influence over Dev Ops strategy and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and execute deployments, releases, and patch management through Azure Dev Ops pipelines
- Improve CI/CD workflows to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Ensure 100% successful rollout of patches across enterprise platforms
- Design and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline infrastructure and operational workflows
- Manage DNS configurations, domain migrations, and backend system updates
- Issue, install, and monitor SSL certificates to ensure uninterrupted service
- Administer and maintain Office
365 environments and user access - Diagnose and resolve system, data, and performance issues across platforms
- Proactively monitor system health and recommend improvements
- Ensure high availability and reliability of client-facing systems
- Support internal teams with device setup, technical troubleshooting, and IT needs
- Manage office equipment inventory and onboarding logistics
- Provide timely and professional email-based support to clients and employees
- Lead and support migration of legacy platform clients into the CMS platform
- Execute domain changes and ensure backend data integrity during migrations
- Maintain accurate system documentation and metadata
- Propose and document process improvements within Confluence
- Contribute to standardizing Dev Ops and IT procedures
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups and sprint planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, client services, and leadership
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Skills and Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Dev Ops, Systems Engineering, or IT Operations
- Strong experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Power Shell, Bash, or Python)
- Solid understanding of DNS, SSL, cloud infrastructure, and system administration
- Experience with Office
365 administration and enterprise environments - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
