VAS Aero Services LLC is looking for a SAP/S4 HANA Business Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. The location is not negotiable; the selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze and document business requirements for SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules such as FI, CO, WM, SD, MM, PP.
• Solution Design: Design and develop SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP S/4
  
  HANA systems to meet specific business requirements, including the use of Fiori apps.
• Testing & Implementation: Participate in testing and implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4
  
  HANA issues and errors.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA processes and configurations.
• Training: Provide training to end‑users on SAP S/4
  
  HANA functionality.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, including 2 years of S/4
  
  HANA implementations focused on FI, CO, WM, SD, MM, PP and at least 2 years implementing, configuring and using SAP Fiori apps.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4
    
    HANA modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM).
  • Experience with SAP S/4
    
    HANA configuration and customization, including SAP Fiori apps.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with data migration and data analysis.
• Preferred:
  • SAP S/4
    
    HANA certification.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP technologies.
  • Experience with Aerospace/Aviation business processes.
• Team Working Mindset: Must be able to work with anyone and everyone and enjoy being part of a multi‑national team.
