Position – Sr. Document Specialist/Tech Writer (Contract Writer)

Location - Boca Raton, FL. On-Site position (locals are highly preferred)

Duration - 12 months

The contract writer will be responsible for drafting and reviewing documentation related to procurement activities, such as purchase orders, service agreements, vendor contracts, modifications, and amendments. Tasks include creating contract documentation, developing scope of services, performance requirements, and terms and conditions. The role involves developing clear, consistent language that defines delivery, service, quality, and pricing for procured services or products. The writer must coordinate with all business units and stakeholders to ensure protocols, procedures, and requirements align with the client's needs.

Responsibilities also include maintaining an internal documentation library, providing or coordinating special documentation services, and overseeing special projects as needed. Strong organizational, project management, writing, and editing skills are essential.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 6+ years in business or technical writing with knowledge of procurement processes/documentation.
• Complexity:
  Intermediate professional level. Manages several moderately complex to complex document management projects. May coach junior staff.
