Position Overview
As an Associate IT Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives across the organization. This role provides exposure to enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data & analytics, supply chain systems, finance systems, and business transformation projects. Working alongside senior project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams, you will help drive project execution, coordinate resources, manage project documentation, and support project governance activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, proactive, and eager to develop a career in technology project management.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, operations, technology, consulting, or related business functions.
- Experience working in cross‑functional environments preferred.
- Exposure to project management methodologies and business process improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications, systems, and technologies.
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications, data flows, and integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, capture requirements, and document decisions.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, preferred.
- Ability to identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and to escalalate appropriately.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects across multiple business functions.
- Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk documentation, and project documentation.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.
- Assist with project status reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and document business needs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and business readiness activities.
- Coordinate activities between internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and governance standards.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. This position may also be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units, subject to company plans.
