We are seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to provide Tier 1 desktop and technical support for a large enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their IT career who enjoys troubleshooting hardware and software issues while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide desktop and end-user technical support (onsite and remote)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and MECM
- Assist with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and conference room technology
- Track IT assets and maintain technical documentation
- Support IT projects and occasional travel to remote locations
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 year of IT support experience (enterprise experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, desktop hardware, and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
