Data Analyst, Data Engineering
Lending One is a direct private lender for real estate professionals headquartered in Boca Raton, FL
.
We are looking for a process-driven individual who enjoys identifying data trends within a robust environment to improve operational efficiency. The data analyst will report to the VP of IT and will assist in retrieving, gathering, and organizing data to reach meaningful conclusions. This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a data analytics or related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Solid foundation of database design and experience writing SQL queries for reporting
- Experience with one or more of the leading Business Intelligence tools, with a preference for direct experience with Tableau
- Intermediate understanding of Python and its data capabilities (Pandas, Num Py, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Tensor Flow, and PyTorch)
- Hands‑on experience with Jupyter Notebook or Jupyter Lab for data analysis and documentation
- Positive attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills are essential. Must be organized, self‑motivated, take initiative, and be solution‑oriented.

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Manage users and user roles
- Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets
- Assess tests and implement new or upgraded software and assist with strategic decisions on new systems
- Train end‑users on new reports and dashboards
