As an Oracle MDM Functional Senior, you will support client engagements by translating business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) or Customer Cloud Service (CCS). You will work directly with client stakeholders and EY project teams to support design, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer, while coaching junior team members and contributing to an inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

• Work with client stakeholders to identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Support project objectives and priorities by aligning functional work streams with client business direction and delivery timelines.
• Participate in and facilitate discovery, requirements‑gathering, design and analysis sessions.
• Design and configure application software.
• Analyze user and software requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems, review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations, and define solution parameters and specifications.
• Support design workshops and contribute to functional design decisions under the direction of project leadership.
• Help manage functional scope, risks and issues by escalating concerns and supporting mitigation activities.
• Conduct business process analysis to ensure that all business areas of impact are identified and resolved for a successful roll‑out.
• Provide management of and facilitation for functional, interface and business process change‑management focus areas.
• Support planning and confirm & design activities, including scheduling required workshops, preparing agendas, facilitating sessions, documenting outputs, assessing requirements and developing overall product solutions, managing issues and action items, updating status of deliverables, and reviewing functional designs for RICE objects.
• Within a functional workstream role, identify and document gaps requiring custom algorithms and plug‑ins, configure the base system, assist with initial testing of base configurations and RICE objects, and triage and resolve defects during testing.
• Within an interface workstream role, author interface strategy documentation, help set overall interface architecture, manage integration development and testing, and triage defects during testing.
• Within a data conversion workstream role, author conversion strategy documentation, co‑author data mapping plan with the customer, set overall conversion program architecture, define and manage data exception/validation reporting, triage defects during testing, execute mock conversions, provide knowledge transfer to the client core team, support application configuration, data conversion, development, interfaces, testing, training, deployment, and post‑deployment support, maintain project documentation, reassess assumptions, update estimates, communicate progress, and assist in risk mitigation.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• In‑depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations, with relevant experience in Oracle MDM, C2M or CCS preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Utilities product implementation activities, including requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with customers across departments and levels.
• Experience supporting business process change, Oracle Utilities software delivery and client communications.
